Why invest here
Why invest in Gili Trawangan, Indonesia?
Gili Trawangan presents a compelling opportunity for investors seeking exposure to Indonesia’s growing tourism and hospitality market. As the largest and most internationally recognised of the three Gili Islands, it draws international travellers with tropical beaches, diving/snorkelling, marine life, authentic local island culture, and a relaxed island lifestyle.
Close to Lombok and Bali, easy to reach — yet limited land and the island’s geography naturally constrain future development. Strong tourism demand, scarce supply and an established international market make it an attractive environment for boutique villa developments, with the potential for both short-term rental income and long-term capital appreciation.
The island has also moved beyond its backpacker market, with rising demand for private villas and premium hospitality. An off-plan investment lets you enter early, benefit from value creation during construction — and collect rental income once the villas are complete.

The investment case is built around international tourism, limited supply of quality accommodation and strong lifestyle appeal. For investors with an appropriate risk appetite, Gili Trawangan offers the potential to participate in one of Indonesia’s distinctive island tourism markets.
Getting here
Flight or boat in
Fly into Lombok and it is a short drive to Bangsal harbour, then a fifteen-minute boat across. Coming via Bali, the fast boat from Padang Bai takes around two hours, or Nusa dua, Sanur & serangan are slightly longer but closer to bali airport DPS

We arrange the transfers for anyone coming to view, and we'll meet the boat.

Ownership, plainly
We'd rather explain it than dress it up
Foreign ownership on an Indonesian island has real rules, and the structure matters more than the marketing. We'll walk you through the paperwork, the entity and the terms line by line before anything is signed — and you're welcome to take it to your own lawyer first.
The detail sits in the brochure and in a one-to-one call, not in a paragraph on a website.
